La Sierra is a 100% Organic coffee produced in Hacienda Napoles, in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada of Santa Marta, with different varieties: Caturra, Castilla and San Bernardo. These crops are covered under the shade of native trees, with natural water sources. The Sierra Nevada has been the main region producing organic coffee in Colombia.

The varieties and the profiles of La Sierra change according to the area, but a soft cup with balanced acidity predominates with floral and sweet notes, influenced by the winds of the Caribbean and the abundance of water in this impressive mountain range.
