This coffee is grown in the mountains of Tibacuy, Cundinamarca in the vicinity of Cumaca. Produced by artisan roasters, whose objective is to provide a coffee of exceptional quality to locals and visitors. Families of the region started this path with the production of green coffee, concentrating their efforts on roasting, and taking care of the process from the beginning to the end, this is how the Zapata’s family does it through its Coffee Themed Farm Las Mercedes, which has splendid vegetation and spaces to enjoy coffee ecotourism, making known the coffee process and offering a marvelous experience always accompanied by the flavor of a delicious coffee, here you can experience the authentic Colombian coffee culture.
